We offer specialized karate classes to children ages 5 to young adult diagnosed with autism PSS/NOS and other challenges. Class size is small with a Black Belt Instructor and a Lynn Public School Special Educator, along with fabulous volunteers. Students participate in stretching and  strength building activities. They learn Japanese terminolgy along with the discipline and respect of martial arts. They make new friends, work on social skills and enjoy many different team building activites. Sessions are 6 weeks long for $120. Uniforms are required for a discount rate of $40. Registration needs to be completed before the session begins to determine class times.
